# What we acquire

We consider ideas, research results, patents and licences, designs, software, equipment, experimental installations, stations and operating projects. Selection focuses on their contribution to inversion, resilience and repeatable infrastructure.

## Transaction formats
Options include asset or rights acquisition, licensing, a paid hypothesis test, commissioned development, an option or joint operation. Price and participation in future results are set for each transaction. The contract identifies the purchaser and payment source.

## First submission
Provide a non-confidential description, problem, readiness level, test results, ownership of rights and preferred transaction format. For equipment, add condition, location and access. For a patent, give its number and territorial scope. Mark untested estimates as hypotheses.

Submitting a proposal preserves the author's rights and grants no licence by itself. Confidential drawings, source code and business information follow an agreed confidentiality procedure. After review, we agree the evaluation and any subsequent transaction.
