XPower Agency, X5 Power and SpaceBank are part of the Echelon Group programme. We develop infrastructure for life in new environments and apply those solutions to existing sites on Earth. Each project has a distinct role.

XPower Agency: energy systems and technology

XPower designs energy systems for territories and new settlements. It acquires ideas, patents, equipment and projects, and brings together the technology and people needed to deliver an energy strategy.

Long-term work focuses on power for a lunar base, a self-sustaining city on Mars, spacecraft and distant missions.

X5 Power: site operations

X5 Power develops a site's energy strategy, organises implementation and helps operate its systems as a co-pilot. It offers a franchise for teams ready to run their own network of sites.

The priorities are food, water, heat, transport and communications. We call these the fifth group. A network that lets sites share energy, resources, data and services is what we mean by a hypernetwork.

SpaceBank: financial architecture

SpaceBank designs financing, tokenization and settlement structures for projects. It connects assets and verified results with contractual rights and cash flows.

Work begins with projects on Earth. The long-term aim is a market for energy, money and capital in the orbital economy. Each transaction identifies the organisations authorised to carry out its financial operations.

A shared goal: from cost to income

We look for ways for a site to produce useful resources, sustain its operations and earn income. Inversion means achieving a positive cash result after associated costs. Energy balance, autonomy and profit are assessed separately.

People and the living environment determine the system's requirements. Reserves, repairability and continuity of essential services are part of the design. In commercial work, we assess the contribution of intelligence through verified financial results.

How we work

We draw on the archives of Nikola Tesla and other researchers, current science and operating data. Solutions are checked through calculation and testing. AI agents help work across a large body of knowledge; people set tasks and remain responsible for decisions. The Academies train and retrain agents. Superintelligence is a long-term development goal.

Projects on Earth let us test solutions for new habitats. Locations are selected according to the work and partners: BRICS+ and other territories, including projects in the Americas. Population health and the resilience of essential services form a separate programme delivered without remuneration.

We consider ideas, research results, patents and licences, designs, software, equipment, experimental installations, stations and operating projects. Selection focuses on their contribution to inversion, resilience and repeatable infrastructure.

Transaction formats

Options include asset or rights acquisition, licensing, a paid hypothesis test, commissioned development, an option or joint operation. Price and participation in future results are set for each transaction. The contract identifies the purchaser and payment source.

First submission

Provide a non-confidential description, problem, readiness level, test results, ownership of rights and preferred transaction format. For equipment, add condition, location and access. For a patent, give its number and territorial scope. Mark untested estimates as hypotheses.

Submitting a proposal preserves the author's rights and grants no licence by itself. Confidential drawings, source code and business information follow an agreed confidentiality procedure. After review, we agree the evaluation and any subsequent transaction.

Energy strategy

For infrastructure owners, energy companies and territorial clients. We establish resource and cost balances, productive capacity, resilience scenarios, project sequence and economics. Deliverables: a strategy, first project and participant map.

Building and transforming energy systems

For a territory, country, group of countries or autonomous settlement. We design energy, heat, water, computing and communications architecture, organise participants and stage delivery. The brief defines geography, authority, asset access and financing.

Technology and operators

We acquire and evaluate solutions and help partners launch new activities. We provide agreed methods and rights, prepare people and agents and support implementation. The fifth-group operator franchise is covered by the X5 Power proposal.

Remuneration depends on verified financial results. Parties define its basis, timing and verification before work starts. A short statement of work fixes each stage's deliverables and boundaries.

X5 Power helps a site owner turn energy infrastructure into a source of income. We develop the energy strategy, organise implementation and provide ongoing operation alongside the client's team.

Sites we work with

Our priority is stores, distribution centres and other sites supplying food, water, heat, transport and communications. We call these the fifth group. We also consider banks, schools, offices and homes according to their importance to people.

What the owner receives

First, an energy strategy. We establish resource and maintenance costs, equipment condition and potential improvements. We select the first project and plan later stages.

Then, implementation. We agree on scope, equipment, contractors and the source of financing. We implement changes and check their performance in operation.

Next, ongoing operation. We act as co-pilot within delegated authority. We sustain results and extend the work across electricity, heat, water, ventilation, refrigeration, communications, transport, cleaning and robotics.

Where income comes from

Opportunities depend on the site. Refrigeration heat may supply heating or hot water; on-site generation and flexible demand may contribute to the site's economics. Each solution is assessed and tested first.

Inversion aims for a positive cash result after associated costs, including equipment, maintenance, financing and participants' remuneration. The target timeline is assessed from site data.

Payment

We earn alongside you: our remuneration depends on verified financial results. We agree on our share and the calculation method for each project.

If you want to become an operator

The X5 Power franchise is for companies and teams ready to operate their own sites. It includes methods, tools, contractual materials, training and first-project support.

SpaceBank develops financial instruments for energy, computing and autonomous infrastructure. Its goal is to accelerate and scale transactions through tokenization and build an orbital market for energy, money and capital.

For project developers and owners

We prepare a tokenization structure: asset, evidence, rights, payer, cash flow, costs, risks and obligation servicing. Deliverables: an instrument dossier, financial model and implementation plan with named dependencies.

For banks and institutional participants

We develop and test financing, rights-transfer, settlement and machine-payment structures. The roles of banks, platform operators, depositories and other providers are defined for each jurisdiction and instrument.

Working process

We start with one asset or transaction. We agree on a share of verified financial benefit. We define the financial result attributable to our work. Tokenization progresses through development, legal and technical review, implementation and servicing.

This publication describes development and structuring. Deposit-taking, holding client funds, issuance and instrument trading require separately identified providers and terms. Published research models retain their stated status; a model alone does not establish available issuance or financing.

We bring technology, intelligence and our team’s work to your site. We develop an energy strategy, implement solutions and take part in operations.

We earn alongside you: our remuneration depends on verified financial results.

How our share is determined

For each project, we agree on a percentage, a calculation method and the review period. We use verified financial benefit attributable to our work.

Remuneration = agreed percentage × verified positive benefit. If benefit is zero, this part of remuneration is zero. The agreement defines how negative periods are treated.

Investment and costs

After assessing the site, we determine the work, required investment and financing source. The model accounts for equipment, contractors, maintenance, computing, financing, taxes and replacement. Reimbursement of additional costs requires prior agreement.

A joint project uses one allocation schedule for all participants. It shows what the client retains and prevents charging twice for the same result. Financing raised is not itself profit.

What the agreement records

1. The benefit share and verification method.
2. The calculation period, payment dates and recipients.
3. Costs, financing and taxes.
4. Participants’ authority and the handover procedure.

In the calculation, α denotes our share, E verified benefit and F remuneration. The signed project terms define their values.

Unpaid public programmes

Agreed public-mission work carries no remuneration. These assignments are documented separately from commercial work.

Template to complete and sign. The schedule identifies legal parties, governing law and transaction terms. Publishing this template does not conclude a contract.

1. Scope and parties

Client [legal name, registration details, representative] and provider [same details] commission and undertake work for site [address/identifier]. The signed brief defines objectives, systems, first-stage deliverables and deadline. Further stages require supplements.

2. Participation and payment

The provider receives share α of verified benefit E. Before work, parties define the method, period, currency, tax, expenses, benefit allocation. Investment and funding sources are approved separately.

3. Control and data

The client provides agreed data and access. The provider acts as co-pilot only for listed systems and permissions. An action, limit and emergency-handover matrix is signed before access. Parties appoint responsible people, record changes and agree confidentiality. Existing materials retain their ownership; rights to new results and data are defined in the brief.

4. Acceptance and settlement

The provider delivers the stage result and benefit calculation. The client accepts or gives reasoned objections within the agreed period. Disputed items are reviewed by designated representatives and an agreed independent expert. Undisputed payments follow the pricing schedule; silence is not acceptance unless parties explicitly establish another permitted procedure.

5. Responsibility and exit

Each party is responsible for its obligations under the contract and applicable law. The brief defines liability limits, insurance where needed and dispute resolution. Actions affecting mandatory operating limits are suspended when threatened. On termination, logs and agreed data are handed over, access is revoked, agreed control arrangements are restored and accounts settled.

6. Required schedule fields

Site and parties; signatory authority; objective and deliverable; timing and stages; baseline; quality and resilience requirements; α and E; acceptance and payment; budget and funding; rights to results; liability; governing law and dispute forum; termination; contacts; signatures. Changes to rates or scope require a signed supplement.

The client should see what our work achieved and how much remains after all costs and payments. We therefore agree on the calculation method before the first change at the site.

The comparison basis

We record the initial state, systems, period and available measurements. Costs are compared under equivalent conditions, adjusting for weather, activity, operating hours and resource prices. A bill falling because of a mild winter does not by itself demonstrate our contribution.

Adjustments and data gaps are disclosed. We retain source data and calculation versions so results can be checked.

Financial benefit

We add additional margin from new services and resources to verified reductions in comparable costs, then subtract related additional costs. This is benefit before our remuneration, denoted E.

Each resource and income item is counted once. Profit, cash receipts, capital investment and changes in asset value are shown separately. Financing, forecasts and patent revaluation do not substitute for verified operating profit.

What the client retains

Our share follows the tariff schedule. Alongside it we show the client's result after all payments, costs and financing, and its effect on net profit. Inversion targets a positive cash balance while maintaining service quality.

Verification

We reconcile measurements, actions, costs and service quality. We check equipment condition and system availability. Demand-response results include subsequent recovery consumption and associated costs.

Authorised representatives sign the result statement. Disputed benefit is not allocated until disagreements are resolved. Independent verification follows the agreement.

The co-pilot helps your team operate equipment every day. For each system, we agree in advance which settings we may change independently, which require approval and which are available for observation only.

Three levels of involvement

Observation. We read data, identify deviations and propose solutions. Equipment settings remain unchanged.

Action after approval. We prepare a change and carry it out after the designated person approves it.

Operation within agreed limits. We adjust operating modes within the limits you approve. Temperature ranges and equipment schedules, for example, are recorded before connection.

Before launch

For each system, we list equipment, permitted commands, operating limits and responsible people. We specify manual cancellation and behaviour during lost connectivity, sensor errors or model failure.

Equipment protections remain active. Changes affecting food or water quality or other essential functions are agreed with qualified specialists. Commands and results are logged.

Handover

At the end of the engagement, we transfer logs, documentation and agreed data to your team. We revoke our access and restore the agreed operating mode. The handover procedure is agreed before we begin operating equipment.

The X5 Power franchise is for energy companies, owners of site networks and teams ready to take operating responsibility. We begin with one site, verify its economics, establish operations and then expand the network.

What the partner receives

Inversion methods, procedures for working with site owners, intelligence tools, learning materials and contract templates. We help train the team and launch the first project.

The agreement lists licences, access, updates and support. Brand rights and territorial terms are agreed separately.

Operator responsibilities

The operator secures site access, appoints responsible people and arranges qualified maintenance. It respects equipment limits, preserves data, keeps financial records and substantiates results with measurements. It trains people and agents and prepares for an eventual handover.

Each new site follows an agreed acceptance process. Sites form a network that can share energy, resources, data and services. We call this model a hypernetwork.

Allocating results

We agree on a share of verified financial benefit. One schedule shows the shares of the site owner, local operator, X5 Power and financing participants.

Before launch, we also agree what happens to licences, data, equipment and outstanding obligations when a partner leaves the franchise.

Start with a defined asset, service or receivable. Connect measurements, contractual rights, party obligations and the rules governing the digital instrument.

Sequence

1. Identify the asset, owner, data and associated rights.
2. Verify performance and payment sources; identify debtor and beneficiary.
3. Select the legal structure, jurisdiction and required participants.
4. Define issuance, transfer, retirement, settlement and recordkeeping.
5. Test bad data, system failure, default and operator replacement.
6. Implement after the instrument's conditions are met; service it and preserve history.

Each right has its own scope and basis. Account separately for energy, capacity, flexibility, origin, financial benefit and receivables. Allocation records prevent duplicate transfer of the same entitlement.

Enforceability and settlement finality depend on the applicable structure. Software execution follows contractual authority. Orbital applications also require checks for communication delays, autonomous operation and record recovery.

Dossier template for development and review. A completed passport includes sources and contractual documents.

XPower Agency is responsible for the shared architecture and project development. X5 Power leads operations and the franchise. SpaceBank develops financial structures. A project name identifies the activity; the legal entity named in the contract signs it.

Before commitments, the counterparty receives the provider's legal name, registration, jurisdiction, address, signatory, authority and required status. Identify separately the asset owner, operator, financing party, settlement provider. Mention in research does not confirm an organisation's participation.

Availability of each service and provider is checked for the relevant territory. Payments begin only after details and terms are agreed. An inquiry or document download creates no payment obligation by itself.

X5 Power retains independent status; the name establishes no affiliation with X5 Group. Actual relationships require separate documentation. Initial contact: Alex@X5Power.com.

The Echelon Group's programme without remuneration supports population health, resilient essential services and prevention of threats to critical systems.

Areas

We study the effects of food, water, air, light and thermal conditions. We design resilient energy systems for climate, environmental and technological disasters. We prepare continuity, recovery and safe decommissioning arrangements. We analyse deliberate interference threats to food, water, heating, energy and communications.

Organisation

Work includes observation, verification, scenario analysis, early warning and preparation of material for authorised bodies. On-site actions require the owner's and competent participants' authority. The programme claims no governmental or special-service powers.

Accepted assignments carry no remuneration. An unpaid assignment records scope, responsible people, timing and access. Participation and results are disclosed within agreed boundaries.

The aim is to preserve essential-service access and reduce adverse environmental exposure. Priority depends on the population affected, severity, duration and recovery potential.

Work cycle

Define the territory and dependent systems. Gather available service and environmental data. Separate established problems and hypotheses. Agree a study or project. Work with relevant specialists. Verify results and deliver recommendations to responsible parties.

Measures

Availability of water, food, heat, energy and communications; outage duration; reserve condition and repairability; environmental quality assessed through applicable methods. Health conclusions require appropriate evidence and expertise. Correlation alone does not establish causation.

An unpaid assignment specifies the site, objective, team, authority, timing, deliverable, access, confidentiality and termination. Public materials use authorised and de-identified information. Emergency messages use the established channels of competent services.

Materials may be prepared for competent security bodies, sector authorities, offices of heads of state and government, and other authorised recipients under an agreed procedure.

Delivery

Confirm the recipient's identity and authority, purpose, permitted information and delivery channel. State validity, confidence and distribution restrictions. Deliver on an agreed schedule or defined event. Record receipt, clarifications and corrections.

Content

Distinguish facts, hypotheses and scenarios. Identify sources, gaps and alternative explanations. Frame proposals within the recipient's competence. Include vulnerability information and personal data only in the authorised recipient package.

This public page describes the procedure. Documented relationships establish actual participation and authority. Recipient lists, operational contacts, schedules and restricted reports are access-controlled.

Public structure template. Access to a completed briefing follows its content.

1. Reference, version, date and validity.
2. Verified recipient, authority, purpose and distribution limits.
3. Main observation and essential functions affected.
4. Established facts, sources, verification method and confidence.
5. Uncertainty, alternative explanations and missing information.
6. Consequence scenarios and urgency criteria.
7. Proposed actions, competent implementers and decisions required.
8. Attachments, responsible author, reviewer and clarification contact.
9. Delivery channel, receipt, next review and correction history.

Before delivery, check evidence, recipient and disclosure permissions. This template does not imply that a briefing has been sent to or accepted by any organisation.

Public workflow template. Completed records are access-controlled.

Plan

Each row records the topic; verified recipient organisation and role; cooperation basis; responsible person; frequency or trigger; deadline; channel; access level; approval process; review date.

Register

Material reference and version; sending date; approver; recipient; delivery confirmation; recipient questions; response; corrections; next date. Preparation, sending and receipt are recorded separately.

A schedule becomes active after agreement with the relevant participants. This publication discloses no operational recipients or schedules. The template performs no automatic distribution.

A public result should explain what was done and the evidence supporting it. Each case identifies stage, period, site boundary, intervention, comparison method, costs, benefit and limitations.

Status

Hypothesis; calculation model; test; implementation; verified operation. Label forecasts and learning examples. Attribute third-party projects as external practice with sources. Publish our transaction results only with verifiable data and disclosure permission.

Report form

Title and period; provider and role; initial conditions; actions; measures before and after adjustment; total costs and allocation; service quality and equipment life; reviewer; uncertainty; next steps.

Public-mission reports also state that work was unpaid, identify the assignment and describe the permitted public outcome. This edition establishes the reporting form and adds no unverified performance claims. Research and external examples remain available in the existing site sections.

Choose a route: offer technology or an asset; transform a site; design a territorial energy system; become an operator; prepare tokenization; contact the public-mission programme.

What to provide

Organisation and role; country and site; task; available inputs; desired result and timing; authority to provide data and decide. For technology, identify rights and readiness. For the public mission, describe the essential services affected and the public-interest task.

Next steps

We review the open description and define participants and the first stage. We agree the brief, method, authority and pricing schedule or unpaid status. Work starts after the brief is agreed and access is authorised.
