XPower Agency, X5 Power and SpaceBank are part of the Echelon Group programme. We develop infrastructure for life in new environments and apply those solutions to existing sites on Earth. Each project has a distinct role.
XPower Agency: energy systems and technology
XPower designs energy systems for territories and new settlements. It acquires ideas, patents, equipment and projects, and brings together the technology and people needed to deliver an energy strategy.
Long-term work focuses on power for a lunar base, a self-sustaining city on Mars, spacecraft and distant missions.
X5 Power: site operations
X5 Power develops a site's energy strategy, organises implementation and helps operate its systems as a co-pilot. It offers a franchise for teams ready to run their own network of sites.
The priorities are food, water, heat, transport and communications. We call these the fifth group. A network that lets sites share energy, resources, data and services is what we mean by a hypernetwork.
SpaceBank: financial architecture
SpaceBank designs financing, tokenization and settlement structures for projects. It connects assets and verified results with contractual rights and cash flows.
Work begins with projects on Earth. The long-term aim is a market for energy, money and capital in the orbital economy. Each transaction identifies the organisations authorised to carry out its financial operations.
A shared goal: from cost to income
We look for ways for a site to produce useful resources, sustain its operations and earn income. Inversion means achieving a positive cash result after associated costs. Energy balance, autonomy and profit are assessed separately.
People and the living environment determine the system's requirements. Reserves, repairability and continuity of essential services are part of the design. In commercial work, we assess the contribution of intelligence through verified financial results.
How we work
We draw on the archives of Nikola Tesla and other researchers, current science and operating data. Solutions are checked through calculation and testing. AI agents help work across a large body of knowledge; people set tasks and remain responsible for decisions. The Academies train and retrain agents. Superintelligence is a long-term development goal.
Projects on Earth let us test solutions for new habitats. Locations are selected according to the work and partners: BRICS+ and other territories, including projects in the Americas. Population health and the resilience of essential services form a separate programme delivered without remuneration.
